Warranty Details and Conditions
We are pleased to offer a 90 days product replacement/repair warranty for all our products. All defective merchandise, unless otherwise defined on this page, are eligible for repair within 90 days from the original purchase date.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, flat tires or any other physical damage including water/liquid damage on any parts or units by improper usage and improper handling.
The warranty does not cover over-charging or damages due to improper maintenance of the lithium battery installed in the unit. Opening or altering your device will void any original manufacturer warranty.
By opening your unit, you acknowledge that you assume all responsibility for your device, and its functionality or lack thereof. We assume no liability for loss or damages caused by unsafe riding and improper usage. Our warranty does not cover when used unsafely or out of limits.
Important: This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accident, misuse or abuse, lack of reasonable care, the affixing of any attachments, stunts, tricks, loss of parts, over-load, or subject in the product to any but the specified voltage. Use of unauthorized replacement parts will void the warranty. No responsibility is assumed for any special incidental or consequential damages.
* Please note that no monetary compensation will be provided for the time invested, shipping delays, frustration, efforts for self-repair or any sort, or for the inconvenience that has been caused.
Refurbished Warranty
30-Day Warranty - Factory re-certified by IMGadgets' Technicians.
These are described as fully functional. However, they may have cosmetic markings.
We can not send pictures of any individual re-certified IMGadgets.
Final Sale - Returns will not be accepted on any re-certified items.
Extended Warranty
IMGadgets partners with CPS to provide extended warranty coverage to customers.
COVERAGE INCLUDES:
- Factory Authorized repair centers
- Protection from accidental drops and spills
- On-site service according to the OEM's terms

Extended Holiday Warranty Policy
The extended holiday warranty is exclusively valid for orders made directly through the IMGadgets website.
For items purchased directly from the IMGadgets website (www.imgadgets.com) between Nov 10th, 2023, and Dec 15th, 2023, we will provide a 90-day extension on the regular warranty period. Hence, you will receive an additional three months of warranty on top of the standard three-month warranty, making it a total of 6 months of warranty on any purchases made during the extended holiday warranty policy period.
