IMLoyal Rewards Program Policy

Thank you for participating in our IMLoyal Rewards Program! By joining this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility:

  • The IMLoyal Rewards Program is open to all customers who are at least 18 years old and have a valid account with IMGadgets.

Enrollment:

  • To enroll in the IMLoyal Rewards Program, you must create an account through our official website.
  • Your enrollment in the program is subject to approval, and we reserve the right to deny or terminate membership at our discretion.

Earning Points:

  • Participants can earn points through various activities, such as making purchases, referring friends, and engaging with our brand on social media, as specified by the program guidelines.
  • The number of points earned for each activity will be clearly stated in the program guidelines.
  • For earning points when placing an order, users will be rewarded with 1 IMLoyal Point for every $1 spent. Total points are representative of the subtotal of the order and excludes taxes.

Redemption of Points:

  • Points can be redeemed for rewards, discounts, or other benefits as described in the program guidelines. Discounts redeemed from points are ineligible from being used on products that are already listed on sale, and cannot be applied to previously purchases or combined with other promotions.
  • The redemption process and available rewards will be communicated through our website in the rewards launcher.
  • Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of currency.

Points Expiry:

  • Points earned within the IMLoyal Rewards Program may have an expiry date. Please refer to the program guidelines for specific details regarding points validity.
  • Expired points will be automatically deducted from your account and cannot be reinstated.

Program Changes and Termination:

  • IMGadgets reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the IMLoyal Rewards Program at any time.
  • In the event of program updates or termination, participants will be given a 30 day notice.

Abuse and Fraud:

  • Any fraudulent or abusive activities related to the IMLoyal Rewards Program, including but not limited to multiple accounts, unauthorized point accumulation, or false referrals, may result in the immediate termination of your account.
  • We may take legal action against any individual found engaging in fraudulent or abusive activities.

Privacy and Data:

  • By participating in the IMLoyal Rewards Program, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Your personal information will be used solely for the administration of the program and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

Limitation of Liability:

  • IMGadgets shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from participation in the IMLoyal Rewards Program.
  • We are not responsible for any technical errors, interruptions, or malfunctions that may affect the program or the accrual and redemption of points.

By participating in the IMLoyal Rewards Program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. IMGadgets reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
