If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the postmark date to request a full refund provided that the product is not used and all original contents are included with the original undamaged packaging. 15% restocking fee may apply. Any scratches, marks, damage etc. will void your eligibility for a refund. We do not replace for accidental damages.

Pre-Order Policy

Cancelation/Refund

All Pre-order items are eligible for a full refund before they are shipped and/or are being processed for shipping.

Pre-Order Shipping

The expected shipping date for Pre-Order Products will be clearly noted on each Product page, subject to reasonable delays in manufacturing and/or delivery. Such date is only an estimate, is subject to change, and Company does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date.  As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment and/or release of the product is not met, IMGadgets is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. The Products will be shipped in the order in which your Pre-Order is received by the Company. 

Warranty Details and Conditions

We are pleased to offer a 90 days product replacement/repair warranty for all our products. All defective merchandise, unless otherwise defined on this page, are eligible for repair within 90 days from the original purchase date. 

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear,flat tires or any other physical damage or water/liquid damage caused to your parts or your unit by improper usage or improper handling. 

Warranty does not cover over-charging, or damages due to improperly maintaining the lithium battery installed in the unit. Opening or altering your device will void any original manufacturer warranty. 

By opening your unit, you acknowledge that you assume all responsibility for your device, and its functionality or lack thereof. We assume no liability for loss or damages caused by unsafe riding and/or improper usage. Our warranty does not cover when used unsafely or out of limits.

Important: This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accident, misuse or abuse, lack of reasonable care, the affixing of any attachments, stunts, tricks, loss of parts, over-load or subject in the product to any but the specified voltage. Use of unauthorized replacement parts will void warranty. No responsibility is assumed for any special incidental or consequential damages.

Special Sale Prices 

Items purchased during flash sale or one day sales cannot be price matched as those prices are exclusive to that specific sale.

Special sale prices include: Flash Sale, Black Friday, Black Friday Prices Now and Early Black Friday Sales, Boxing Day/Week, pre-orders, clearances, demos, refurbished items, open box items.

In order to price match, the product must be in stock, available for sale, and cannot be a limited time offer, pre-order, or available only in limited quantity.

 

Extended Holiday Return Policy -   Kindly read it carefully!

This extended policy is only valid for products purchased directly from IMGadgets website (www.imgadgets.com). It does NOT apply to products purchased from any other 3rd party retailer. 

For items purchased between Nov 7^th 2022 to Dec 20^th, 2022, we’ll gladly give you a refund on your purchases until Jan 15^th, 2023. The above Return Policy still applies to any purchases made during the extended holiday return policy period. 

Please note: Our regular return policy conditions still apply to any purchases made during the extended holiday policy return period.

Extended Holiday Warranty Policy

For items purchased directly from the IMGadgets website (www.imgadgets.com) between Nov 7^th, 2022 to Dec 20^th, 2022, we will provide a 90 days extension on the regular warranty period. Hence, you will receive an additional 3 months of warranty on top of the standard 3 months warranty making it a total of 6 months of warranty on any purchases made during extend holiday warranty policy period. Above mentioned Warranty Details and conditions still applies.
