How to Reset/Re-pair Wavepods
- Make sure both of your Wavepods are in the case, and that both Wavepods and the Wavepods case have sufficient charge.
- On the back of your Wavepods case, find the only button on the case exterior. It might be slightly difficult to find as it blends in pretty well with the back casing.
- Open your Wavepods case, and hold the button for about 20 seconds. The indicator within the case will go from flashing white to flashing amber, indicating that Wavepods have been reset.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the postmark date to request a full refund provided that the product is not used and all original contents are included with the original undamaged packaging. 20% restocking fee may apply. Any scratches, marks, damage etc. will void your eligibility for a refund. We do not replace for accidental damages.

Cancelation/Refund
All Pre-order items are eligible for a full refund before they are shipped and/or are being processed for shipping.
Pre-Order ShippingThe expected shipping date for Pre-Order Products will be clearly noted on each Product page, subject to reasonable delays in manufacturing and/or delivery. Such date is only an estimate, is subject to change, and Company does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment and/or release of the product is not met, IMGadgets is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. The Products will be shipped in the order in which your Pre-Order is received by the Company.
Warranty Details and Conditions
We are pleased to offer a 90 days product replacement/repair warranty for all our products. All defective merchandise, unless otherwise defined on this page, are eligible for repair within 90 days from the original purchase date.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, wheel or any other physical damage or water/liquid damage caused to your parts or your unit by improper usage or improper handling.
Warranty does not cover over-charging, or damages due to improperly maintaining the lithium battery installed in the unit. Opening or altering your device will void any original manufacturer warranty.
By opening your unit, you acknowledge that you assume all responsibility for your device, and its functionality or lack thereof. We assume no liability for loss or damages caused by unsafe riding and/or improper usage. Our warranty does not cover when used unsafely or out of limits.
Important: This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accident, misuse or abuse, lack of reasonable care, the affixing of any attachments, stunts, tricks, loss of parts, over-load or subject in the product to any but the specified voltage. Use of unauthorized replacement parts will void warranty. No responsibility is assumed for any special incidental or consequential damages.

Items purchased during flash sale or one day sales cannot be price matched as those prices are exclusive to that specific sale.
Special sale prices include: Flash Sale, Black Friday, Black Friday Prices Now and Early Black Friday Sales, Boxing Day/Week, pre-orders, clearances, demos, refurbished items, open box items.
In order to price match, the product must be in stock, available for sale, and cannot be a limited time offer, pre-order, or available only in limited quantity.
Extended Holiday Return Policy
This extended policy is only valid for products purchased directly from IMGadgets website (www.imgadgets.com). It does NOT apply to products purchased from any other 3rd party retailer.
For items purchased between Oct 4, 2021 to Dec 20, 2021, we’ll gladly give you a refund or exchange on your purchases until Jan 15, 2022. Above Return Policy still applies on any purchases made during extended holiday return policy period.

Extended Holiday Warranty Policy
For items purchased directly from IMGadgets website (www.imgadgets.com) between Oct 4, 2021 to Dec 20, 2021, we will provide a 90 days extension on the regular warranty period. Hence, you will receive an additional 3 months of warranty on top of the standard 3 months that is given, making it a total of 6 months of warranty on any purchases made during extend holiday warranty policy period.
