Didn't work.

I was incredibly disappointed with the customer service I received from this company. My son’s scooter was sold as a “6.0 flashX”. So when his accelerator broke I ordered the accelerator for the 6.0 and when it showed up it was incorrect. I understand that I had ordered the wrong part, however, when talking on the chat feature with customer service I was told I would never have been able to find the correct one, as it’s not on the website, and that I would be responsible for shipping to send the wrong part back and get the new one coming. When I had zero chance of being successful in ordering the part. When I asked how to go about ordering I was then told to reach out to customer service by email (even though I was already talking to someone from customer service) and that they had a 24 hour response time, incase you were wondering, I still haven’t received an email back. I ended up ordering something off Amazon that worked perfectly and showed up the next day. Next time I won’t waste my time trying to get help, and ultimately when it’s time to get a new scooter we will steer clear of
