Return & Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the postmark date to request a full refund provided that the product is not used and all original contents are included with the original undamaged packaging. 15% restocking fee may apply. Any scratches, marks, damage etc. will void your eligibility for a refund. We do not replace for accidental damages.

Pre-Order Policy

Cancelation/Refund

All Pre-order items are eligible for a full refund before they are shipped and/or are being processed for shipping.

Pre-Order Shipping

The expected shipping date for Pre-Order Products will be clearly noted on each Product page, subject to reasonable delays in manufacturing and/or delivery. Such date is only an estimate, is subject to change, and Company does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date.  As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment and/or release of the product is not met, IMGadgets is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. The Products will be shipped in the order in which your Pre-Order is received by the Company. 

Special Sale Prices 

Items purchased during flash sale or one day sales cannot be price matched as those prices are exclusive to that specific sale.

Special sale prices include: Flash Sale, Black Friday, Black Friday Prices Now and Early Black Friday Sales, Cyber Week Prices, Boxing Sale/Week, pre-orders, clearances, demos, refurbished items, open box items.

In order to price match, the product must be in stock, available for sale, and cannot be a limited-time offer, pre-order, or available only in limited quantity.

Extended Holiday Return Policy 

This extended policy is only valid for products purchased directly from IMGadgets website (www.imgadgets.com). It does NOT apply to products purchased from any other 3rd party retailer. For items purchased between  Nov 10^th,  2023, and  Dec 20^th, 2023, we’ll gladly give you a refund on your purchases until Jan 15^th, 2024. The above Return Policy still applies to any purchases made during the extended holiday return policy period.
